RETURN POLICY

WE ACCEPT ITEMS IN NEW CONDITION WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST.

RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH OUR RETURNS PORTAL. AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW.

EXCHANGES ARE SHIPPED TO YOU FREE OF CHARGE VIA USPS FIRST CLASS. TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE SIMPLY FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS USING OUR EXCHANGE PORTAL, YOU CAN EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR ITEM, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

ITEMS PURCHASED DURING OUR PRIVATE SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE, JUST REFUND ONLY.

YOUR EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED AND YOUR REPLACEMENT ITEM/S WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE RETURN BEING DELIVERED.

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR EXCHANGE, WE WILL SEND IT BACK TO YOU FREE OF CHARGE. 

REFUNDS

RETURN REQUESTS FOR REFUND WILL HAVE A $15.00 RETURN LABEL FEE/RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND TOTAL WHEN PROCESSED. WE ENCOURAGE ALL CUSTOMERS TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING.

ONCE THE REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL. DEPENDING ON YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, IT CAN TAKE 5-10 DAYS TO POST THE REFUND TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.

REFUND FOR STORE CREDIT 

RETURN REQUESTS FOR STORE CREDIT ARE FREE OF CHARGE. SIMPLY RETURN YOUR ITEM FOR STORE CREDIT USING OUR RETURNS PORTAL AND SELECTING "STORE CREDIT". 

ONCE THE STORE CREDIT REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT REFUND CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL ALONG WITH A SPECIAL CODE TO APPLY AT CHECK OUT ON YOUR NEXT ORDER.
